It goes in order of image clarity
Gen 1 Vietnam era technology cheapest lowest resolution
Gen 2 1980’s cheaper better but not great resolution
Gen 3 mid 1990’s good resolution starts to get expensive
Gen 4 Today’s latest and greatest friggin expensive greatest image quality
Something the military hasn’t released to civilian use, and we probably won’t see it for a good many years. Keep your fingers crossed and save your pennies because it’ll break the bank.

First of all, I would suggest psychology as your undergrad major. If you are at or near a University, ask to make appointments with several of the tenured professors there, you can find their contact information at the university website. Most likely you can read about their research interests as well. Secondly, I would ask to join or participate in a few different research labs, professors should have room at least for observers. Once you observe they will let you participate. That experience, even if it isn't directly related to transpersonal psychology/consciousness will help you get in to a graduate program that is related. Also you will learn and sharpen your research skills, which is very important.
Lastly, the psychology department should have books on graduate program requirements for across the world. Or, personally I would google "transpersonal psychology / consciousness studies" you will find plenty of school websites to sift through the information related to degree requirements.

I’m writing a bash script to sync my iTunes music directory to a directory on a removable hard drive. The script works fine when there is absolutely nothing in the folder on the external hard drive. Once all files have been copied to the external drive, then the script begins to act strange. Even though i just sync’d everything over, it proceeds to recopy certain files again.
